Because my services and digital products are delivered immediately and involve personalized time and expertise, the following policies apply:

All digital downloads are non-refundable once purchased.

Consultation fees are non-refundable once the session has occurred.
If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Mentorship is billed monthly and may be canceled at any time.
Cancellation prevents future charges.

Access continues through the end of your current billing period.
No partial refunds are issued for unused time within an active billing cycle.
